How do I sign up for a meal subscription?

Fill out the signup form on our website. You’ll pick a plan, choose your meals, select a pickup day, enter your contact info, and pay. That’s it — you’re in.

What plans are available?

We offer three plans:
Lean Starter — 5 meals/week
Lean Performance — 10 meals/week
Lean Elite — 15 meals/week

Each plan is billed weekly. Prices are shown on the signup form.

Do I need to create an account?

An account is created automatically with your email address when you sign up. You can use it to log in and manage your subscription going forward.

How do I choose my meals?

During signup (and each week after), you browse the available menu and select up to your plan limit. Each meal card shows the name, photo, and nutrition info. Click a meal to see the full description.

Can I pick the same meal more than once?

Some meals allow multiples, some don’t. If you can’t click a meal a second time, that one is limited to one per week.

What if I have dietary needs?

Meals are tagged with filters like High Protein, Keto, and Gluten Free. Use the filter bar to narrow down your options.

Can I customize a meal (toppings, sides, etc.)?

Some meals offer customization options. If a meal has options, you’ll see them when you select it.

What days can I pick up?

We offer Tuesday and Friday pickups. You choose your preferred day during signup.

When do I need to order by?

Tuesday pickup — order by Monday at midnight
Friday pickup — order by Thursday at midnight

If you miss the deadline, you’ll need to wait until the following pickup window.

Do I have to reorder every week?

Yes — each week you log in and select your meals for that week’s pickup. Your subscription keeps you enrolled, but you pick fresh meals every week.

How often can I place an order?

Once per calendar week. Our weeks run Saturday through Friday, so if you placed an order last Monday, you are eligible to order again the following Saturday. One order per week per email address is allowed.

What if I forget to select my meals?

We send reminder emails Monday and Thursday so you don’t miss your window. If you miss the deadline, we are unable to add you to that week’s order.

Can I see what I ordered in past weeks?

Yes. Log in and go to **My Subscription** to see your full order history. You can also look up past orders without logging in using the email lookup tool on our website.

How does payment work?

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Your card is charged when you sign up, and then weekly on your renewal date.

Is my payment information stored securely?

Yes. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your full card number on our end.

Will I be charged automatically each week?

Yes. Your subscription bills automatically on a weekly cycle. You’ll receive a receipt from Stripe each time.

What happens if my payment fails?

You’ll receive an email notification. We’ll attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in, go to My Subscription, and click the Cancel button. You’ll be asked to confirm before anything is cancelled. Cancellations stop future billing — you won’t be refunded for a week already in progress.

Can I pause instead of cancel?

At this time we do not offer a pause option. If you need a break, you can cancel and re-enroll when you’re ready.

Can I change my plan?

Contact us directly to change your plan tier. We’ll update your subscription on our end.

Can I switch my pickup day?

Contact us to request a pickup day change.

What emails will I receive?

– **Signup confirmation** — immediately after you enroll, with your plan details and first pickup info
– **Renewal reminders** — Monday and Thursday, reminding you to select your meals for the week
– **Payment notifications** — receipts and alerts from Stripe

I’m not receiving emails — what do I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find them, contact us and we’ll verify the email address on your account.

Can I sign up for more than one week at a time?

No — subscriptions are managed week by week. You pick your meals fresh each week.

I signed up but never got a confirmation email. What happened?

Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us with your name and email address and we’ll look you up.
